• serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization • own the rhythm of the business, orchestrating planning, budgeting, and executing global initiatives • partner with the Senior Director to lead marketing strategy sessions • define the Integrated Global Marketing Calendar • manage the OKR reporting framework • support monthly business reviews for metrics and organization budgets • standardize project management processes across the organization • provide high-level Program Management support for strategic initiatives • oversee the creative intake/triage process
