Job Description
• Contribute to the development and execute key features on the Business Systems Roadmap in partnership with EM and other Product Managers.
• Innovate, automate and define scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional external customer experience, internal user experience and data integrity
• Collaborate with the Salesforce engineering team to write detailed user stories and functional requirements.
• Partner with internal operations teams (GTM, Risk, Finance, Risk and Cardholder support) to ensure systems are compliant
• Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ability to own product vision, build strategic roadmaps, and drive execution from concept to delivery
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Portals, including strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, and configuration best practices
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects in Agile/Scrum environments, with ability to balance competing priorities and deliver iterative value
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other SaaS platforms, understanding API connections, data flows, and system dependencies
- Strong technical documentation and knowledge management skills, with ability to create and maintain clear documentation for stakeholders at all technical levels
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts in simple, accessible terms.
