• Lead execution of the advertising sales strategy in partnership with the EVP of Ad Sales, translating revenue goals into clear priorities and performance expectations • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across accounts, categories, and platforms • Manage, coach, and develop sellers to ensure accountability, strong KPI performance, and consistent achievement of revenue targets • Oversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined sales process execution • Provide senior-level guidance on complex and high-value deals, including pricing, packaging, and negotiations • Deliver regular executive reporting and revenue updates with clear visibility into performance • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Content, and Sales Operations to align inventory, campaigns, and revenue strategy • Maintain key advertiser and agency relationships while representing the company at major industry events and in the marketplace
