You will direct the creation of scenarios, wireframes, and prototypes while maintaining the ability to jump in and design alongside your team. • Mentor and scale a high-performing team of designers and researchers, fostering a culture obsessed with solving customer problems and continuous improvement. • Partner with Engineering and Product Management to ensure design is a key driver in our product strategy, ensuring technical feasibility without sacrificing user centricity. • Operationalize user research to validate complex workflows, ensuring users trust both our traditional tools and new autonomous features.
