Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, including 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
- Proven experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing pricing analysis, sales performance reporting, or revenue modeling initiatives.
