• Responsible for closing new Packsize accounts within a defined area • Spend time with potential customers (40 hours per month of face-to-face and/or virtual meetings) • Oversee proposals, negotiate terms/conditions, and implement contractual agreements • Conduct meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging process • Proactively reach out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentations • Design and implement optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency and sustainability • Work alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right size packaging process flows • Close a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generated • Work directly with existing business sales team to ensure expectations are met and customer is delighted
