Job Description
Job Requirements
- Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI security clearance
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Dell PowerEdge servers, specifically PowerEdge XE servers.
- Intimate knowledge of networking infrastructure, specifically InfiniBand networking, in datacenter environments
- Strong knowledge working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and strong understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities and their applications
- Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and Dell Engineering
- 12+ years of technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
