• Handle the preparation of complex client invoices for both fulfillment services and parcel, applying expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams when new customers are onboarded • Build strong relationships with customers to resolve disputes in order to facilitate timely payments • Document and update billing procedures, while recommending and implementing best practices to improve efficiency • Provide management with key performance indicators, leveraging data analysis to offer visibility into billing issues, revenue trends, and operational variances • Assist with requests related to internal and external audits.
