Job Description

• IYF is looking for a dynamic and fast-moving marketing leader who wants a life filled with purpose. • Build IYF’s brand and demand generation engine. • Drive fundraising for proven youth job skills training programs. • Partner closely with our Business Development and Product teams to translate our programs and data into a compelling market story that drives engagement, conversion, and retention among corporate and foundation funders. • Shape IYF’s brand and thought leadership platform. • Set the vision, build the systems, and guide a small, high-performing team to execute with excellence.

Job Requirements

10+ years in marketing, brand, or growth leadership in a global, non-profit, or mission-driven environment.
Proven track record driving measurable inbound growth, including traffic, conversion, and lead volume.
Confident, persuasive executive communication skills across internal and external audiences.
Deep fluency in marketing automation systems, CRM, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.
A mindset that’s both strategic and entrepreneurial — eager to experiment, measure, learn, and grow.
Experience with both fundraising and demand generation helpful.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Excellent computer skills using MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
