• Partner with Technical Talent Partner and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for technical roles • Attend role intake meetings to understand profile & talent requirements & targets • Build targeted searches in Linkedin Recruiter that filter top talent at competing and relevant companies • Draft and send thoughtful outreaches to candidates that will engage even the most passive talent • Act as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach until the initial Recruiter Screen - ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at the top-of-funnel stage • Take a highly organized and data driven approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics for weekly reporting • Assist with other ad-hoc projects on the Talent Acquisition team as needed
