Job Description

• Help design and execute the playbook for acquiring MBA students through partnerships, campus channels, ambassador programs, and digital funnels. • Support and expand relationships with MBA student organizations, admissions communities, and career-focused groups. • Improve landing pages, email flows, and referral systems to increase sign-ups and loan conversions. • Run structured growth experiments (messaging tests, channel tests, A/B tests) and report insights directly to leadership. • Talk to students, analyze behavior, and help shape how Juno positions itself to future MBA cohorts.

Job Requirements

Are currently enrolled in an MBA program
Are curious about startups, fintech, or growth roles post-MBA
Like turning ideas into experiments, and experiments into systems
Are comfortable with data, ambiguity, and fast feedback loops
