• Co-create with the client product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps for complex enterprise initiatives and solutions, ensuring alignment to measurable business outcomes. • Lead product discovery with your Trinetix team members including executive workshops, roadmap and DITL and/or focus group working sessions; translate business strategy into prioritized epics, detailed user stories, and clearly defined KPIs. • Serve as the primary product interface across business leaders, engineering, UX, and data teams, driving cross-functional alignment and delivery. • Operate within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, leading backlog prioritization and incremental value delivery using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Figma. • Drive AI-enabled product initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration, partnering with delivery team leaders and members across design and engineering (including AI/ML/RPA, etc.) to define requirements, including those relevant to models and data training as well as non-functional requirements like performance metrics (e.g., precision, latency, adoption). • Apply strong business acumen within Trinetix target industries (Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Fleet), translating operational processes into domain tailored scalable digital solutions while evaluating downstream operational impact. • Develop executive-ready product narratives, business cases, and structured communications to support decision-making and adoption. • Participate and be a client advisor for UAT as well as help lead train-the-trainer sessions. • Contribute to adoption artifacts and client knowledge base articles on the toolset.
