• Provide support services for managing and maintaining the Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS) technical infrastructure. • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and applications. • Design and implement Linux-based solutions for various business needs. • Develop and maintain scripts using programming languages such as Ansible, Python, Perl, and Bash. • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure proper system integration and functionality. • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades. • Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. • Deploy software and security patches (schedule, execute, and troubleshoot the deployment of software applications). • Review incidents, monitor server health, and implement authentication measures (certificates, etc.). • Ensure the security and integrity of the system and network through access controls, and firewalls. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix system faults to ensure the organization can function smoothly and be productive. • Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
