Job Description

• Lead the commercial charge for BioSim, developing AI and biological reasoning for drug discovery • Orchestrate complex partnerships; negotiate commercial collaborations with global biopharma leaders • Drive strategic growth; formulate a global commercial strategy for the BioSim group • Manage a specialized commercial team as a player-coach, providing guidance on deal structuring • Cultivate executive relationships; act as a primary contact for Heads of R&D and Innovation • Establish commercial rigor; implement sales processes for a predictable deal pipeline

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in biopharma or biotech business development or strategic transactions
  • Demonstrated success managing sales of specialty products across multiple market segments
  • Proven track record overseeing the full customer experience, including field sales, technical service, application support, and customer care
  • An extensive, pre-existing professional network of senior-level contacts across the global biopharma industry
  • A documented track record of personally leading and closing complex biopharma technology deals with $20M+ upfront and milestones exceeding $100M
  • Expert-level proficiency in deal qualification and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated leadership in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
