Job Description

• Generates new business in new accounts and expands footprint in existing customers. • Develops and manages relationships within our existing customers. • Manages complex sales-cycles and presents to executive level customers Epicor products and services. • Learns about the industry, competitors and products to propose innovative solutions. • Coordinates cross-functionally within and outside of the sales team. • Develops account plans and drives measured outcomes against set goals. • Strong product development understanding. • Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
  • Excellent communication skills with executive level stakeholders; expert written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to interact predominantly with senior leadership
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in SMS, Automotive Aftermarket, Service Shop
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
