Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the pharmacy benefit industry-specific analytics is required.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; confident presenting to diverse audiences.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, and data visualization preferred.
- Strong understanding of working with pharmacy claims data ensuring accuracy, integrity and best practices.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with executive leadership.
- Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
