Job Description

• Executes day-to-day market access operational activities in support of brand and portfolio objectives. • Supports launch and in-line product access needs, ensuring deliverables are timely completed and aligned with cross-functional plans. • Supports all strategic research projects in collaboration with direct manager and broader market access team. • Supports the strategy and creation of all market access focused marketing materials. • Manages the end-to-end review and approval process for US branded market access materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. • Coordinates development, updates, and deployment of payer, provider, and patient access resources. • Maintains trackers, timelines, and documentation to support efficient execution and audit readiness. • Supports payer-facing initiatives by coordinating materials, responding to information requests, and assisting with formulary and coverage-related processes. • Analyzes and reports on market access operational metrics, including material usage, payer coverage trends, and access performance indicators. • Develops dashboards, including core KPI and reports to support decision-making, and identifies opportunities for improvement. • Serves as a market access operations subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in US market access, payer operations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations.
  • Experience managing material review/approval processes and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
