Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a love of operational excellence. Experience with Lever is a big plus.
- Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
- Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
