Job Description

• Serve as a force multiplier across multiple teams, building internal tools, automating workflows, and solving problems • Build a candidate enrichment pipeline for hiring • Set up a continuous security scanning system for the dev team • Prototype an interactive experience that goes beyond what Figma can do • Deliver solutions by understanding pain points in product, design, development, and QA

Job Requirements

General software development ability across multiple languages and environments
Experience with PHP and/or Laravel
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted development
Ability to rapidly prototype and ship functional tools without over-engineering
Experience with automation, scripting, and workflow optimization
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS)
Experience with API integrations and working with third-party services
Comfort working across the stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure) as needed
Experience with security tooling or DevOps practices would be a plus
