• Track and manage spending across the organization’s for-profit, non-profit, and PAC affiliates • Serve as a financial integrator between the 3 Contest Every Race departments (Political, Recruitment, and Candidate Success), organizational leadership, and key vendors • Work with ED, Contest Every Race to manage financial operations, prepare forecasts, make staffing and budget decisions • Manage and maintain internal systems for financial tracking and cross-entity expenditure coordination • Closely collaborate with our outside compliance firm and in-house attorney to track and manage multi-entity PAC, c4, and electoral spending and reporting across jurisdictions • Oversee reporting of in-kind contributions to CER partners • Ensure adherence to campaign finance laws and regulations • Translate complex compliance and finance rules for non-expert audiences, including county-level Democratic volunteers • Manage client (state counties and candidates) portal which holds educational, training, and financial materials that set clients up for success • Act as a liaison and problem solver between clients, compliance firm, and legal team
