Job Description
• supports a national team of sellers focused in the Public Safety space
• partners with Government Sales to sell T-Mobile for Government products and services
• engage in pre-sales activities by consulting on customer opportunities
• develops solutions that meet customer needs
• align solution architects and design solutions
• provides technical support in sales presentations
• prepares for Executive Briefing Center presentations
• identify and develop opportunities in the SLED/FED Public Safety space
• assist with training, technical documentation and development for the Solution Engineering and Government Sales organizations
• partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- 7-10 years of Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering
- Understanding of Government buying cycles and purchasing vehicles (preferred)
- Proven track record in building and developing relationships in the Government/SLED space (preferred)
- Technical Leadership (Required)
- Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills (Required)
- Proficiency with business application software (Required)
- Strategic leadership ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role (Required)
- Presentation skills are required to convey design benefits
