• Own and continuously improve Morty’s core operational workflows and systems • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into operational reality • Build structure, processes, and internal infrastructure to support scale • Develop metrics, tracking systems, and decision-support frameworks • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and customer experience • Serve as a central point of ownership for mission-critical operational priorities • Operate comfortably across both strategic and deeply tactical work
