• Perform daily dashboard failure analysis and resolution activities, including identifying and correcting issues such as spreadsheet changes that cause data loads to fail. • Conduct dashboard testing and participate in side-by-side training sessions with business teams to validate dashboard logic and support documentation efforts. • Document dashboard data usage, requirements, and data dependencies; create supporting materials such as Visio data process flows. • Implement updates to enhance dashboard consistency and streamline reporting through automation, while also developing and deploying enhancements such as incorporating additional fields into Business Courtesies Approval Request (BCAR) dashboards. • Collaborate with the Program Solutions team on small-scale improvement projects that leverage technology, automation, and dashboard capabilities
