Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience in Business Development, Capture Management, or Strategic Sales or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Capture Management, or Strategic Sales
- Prior experience with U.S. Government defense programs
- Familiarity with U.S. defense budgeting and Congressional appropriations processes, including experience working closely with corporate government relations and lobbying teams.
- Demonstrated expertise managing channel partners to support U.S. and global military strategic pursuits and sustainment sales.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating contract terms for government and international customers with understanding of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EASR, FMS and DCS regulatory frameworks
