Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2–7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related transaction-focused roles.
- Strong live deal exposure, including execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep expertise in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished, investor-ready work products under tight timelines.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Project Finance, Credit, Distressed, or Special Situations transactions (preferred).
- Exposure to initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology (preferred).
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative or product-driven projects (preferred).
