• Provides mental health services to children and training for their families in their homes. • Acts as a member of a treatment team and gives feedback on client progress. • Provides treatment as directed by the treatment plan and more often as necessary. • Travel (possibly to multiple counties in a service area) and be able to work in homes of families that are served. • Responsible for meeting performance expectations including contract requirements, timelines, regulations and laws. • Provides direct services per program state, and contract guidelines. • Ensures services are in compliance with all regulatory standards and contract terms and conditions. • Completes all required paperwork and follows agency policies and procedures within timelines, to ensure smooth paperwork flow. • Acquires and develops resources to meet identified needs of clients and staff. • Obtain CEUs as required by licensure and maintain all licensure requirements. • Attend weekly virtual team meeting with the Director
