Job Description
• Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments
• Assess the current performance of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations
• Identify opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement
• Spearhead the successful implementation of product and service suite with clients
• Partner closely with technology teams to drive best operational outcomes
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
