• Leverage existing and invent new growth tactics to promote shifts to workers • Collaborate with the data science team to forecast and manage WorkWhile’s future labor needs, understand supply and demand, and help optimize models • Collaborate closely with marketing to manage the worker acquisition and re-engagement funnels to increase worker supply in new and existing markets • Collaborate with product to identify & improve upon worker / marketplace pain points • Develop the metrics and dashboards to help balance the marketplace and measure success. • Identify automation opportunities and build processes to help the team scale • Support account management and sales as a strategic labor strategy partner, including writing decks, performing data analysis, and participating on customer calls • Solve day-to-day problems that help our workers and customers succeed
