Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, in-product, and SMS. Build personalized, data-driven journeys, run A/B tests, monitor KPIs, implement governance and scalable processes, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing Operations to optimize engagement and revenue.
