Job Description
Job Requirements
- 12–15 years of progressive People leadership experience, including senior leadership in a SaaS company (Series B or comparable high-growth stage strongly preferred).
- Proven experience leading People Operations and Recruiting functions in a global organization.
- Demonstrated competency in employment law and HR compliance across the US, UK, Germany, Spain, and Canada.
- Strong track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive measurable business results.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate workforce analytics into strategic insights and executive recommendations.
- Exceptional relationship builder who can influence and gain trust at the executive level.
- Experienced executive coach and mentor, skilled at developing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-growth, evolving environments with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of performance management, total rewards strategy, engagement, and organizational design.
- Experience enabling innovation, ideally including AI integration or workforce transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when addressing sensitive employee matters.
- Passionate about building inclusive, equitable, and high-performing global teams.
