Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree highly preferred, such as MBA, MHA, MS, PharmD, RN
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in health system consulting, healthcare operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in delivering large-scale consulting engagements, enhancing service offerings, and managing financial performance within a portfolio
- Experience working in the cell and gene therapy ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in financial modeling, payer contracting, and revenue cycle management for high-cost, complex therapies
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly matrixed environments, fostering collaboration across multiple business units
