• Lead and manage a team of Supply Planning Managers and Planners across multiple operational regions. • Set departmental goals, performance standards, and planning methodologies. • Represent the Supply Planning function in executive-level discussions and cross-functional initiatives. • Develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models to support scenario analysis and decision-making. • Perform analytics to assess supply risks, cost impacts, and schedule trade-offs. • Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and responsiveness. • Manage the escalation of supply planning issues, including supplier delays, engineering changes, and schedule conflicts. • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management leadership to resolve high-impact issues.
