Job Requirements
- 5+ years working with a carrier, MGA, Insurtech company or insurance distributor in a partnerships capacity
- Direct experience working with carriers and/or MGA partners is required
- Proven experience managing external carrier or MGA relationships and driving premium growth
- Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment — comfortable with shifting priorities and high output
- Highly personable and confident on camera; comfortable leading Zoom meetings daily
- Excellent communicator who enjoys relationship building, presenting, and driving conversations
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys building processes and bringing new ideas forward
- Tenacious, organized, and great at time management
- Data-driven — able to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights
- Comfortable owning high-impact relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
