• To reduce the operational workload of our inside sales team and to make the interfaces with Marketing and E‑Commerce more efficient, we are creating the new role of Sales Support & B2B Operations Specialist. • This position will help stabilize our day‑to‑day sales operations, structure processes more clearly and further develop our digital sales infrastructure — in particular the B2B shop. • You will serve as an important bridge between Inside Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and E‑Commerce. • You will handle operational tasks such as order processing, returns handling, complaints and shipment coordination — ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. • You will support our Shopify‑based B2B shop, maintain product data, respond to customer inquiries and implement minor campaigns — always with an eye for usability and scalability. • You will create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, product sheets and campaign documents — in close coordination with the Marketing team. • You will ensure the structured capture and maintenance of customer, product and supplier data, providing a clean data foundation for our CRM and ERP systems. • You will work closely with Inside Sales, Key Account Management and Sales Leadership — and actively contribute to our internal tools and processes (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
