Position Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and partners, assisting with inquiries, orders, and support related to medical and respiratory equipment and services. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients and healthcare providers in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, order status, and general support Provide accurate information regarding medical and respiratory equipment and services Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary Coordinate with internal departments such as billing, shipping, and operations Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Flexible remote work environment Training provided Opportunities for growth and advancement

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or medical industry preferred)
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
