Job Description

Conduct scheduled virtual benefit consultations with individuals and families Assess client needs and present appropriate life, accident, and supplemental coverage options Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and strengthen client outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Confident communicator comfortable in virtual environments such as Zoom
  • Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong digital proficiency (CRM systems, cloud platforms)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Equipped with a Windows-based laptop or PC and reliable internet
