• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad spectrum of roles, from hourly technical staff to executive leadership. • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using advanced tools and techniques. • Conduct strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and interview frameworks. • Coordinate and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions, manage candidate communications and ensure seamless candidate experience. • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. • Serve as a trusted advisor to hire managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and strategic guidance. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. • Champion process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our talent acquisition strategy. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate conversion rates).
