Job Description

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Manage a variety of tasks that will increase in complexity • Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays

Job Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Washington DC
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions
