• Project Management and Platform Optimization: Help shape internal roadmap and product development based on programming insights; Take on special projects as necessary: proposals, reports, new initiatives. • Partnerships and Talent: Set strategy for recruiting and training a team of social media editors through a network of youth, digital, and/or organizing groups in the social impact and social media space; Optimize onboarding and outreach strategies for continued program growth; Create and implement community engagement strategies to increase user retention and platform adoption, including organizing and moderating community challenges. • Community Management and Training: Oversee a community of social media editors, owning support needs and overseeing talent development programs; Build and maintain an active and engaged community; Oversee development of best practices and community resources, acting as a sounding board for burgeoning creators.
