• Proactively reach out to the assigned graduate population to assess their eligibility for placement in available roles through our corporate partnerships. • Maintain precise documentation related to the graduate population. Regularly update student profiles to ensure consistent job matching with relevant opportunities. • Collaborate with appropriate support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests. Ensure that graduates complete all necessary pre-employment steps to start their jobs successfully. • Source candidates from existing student and graduate population. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values. • Organize communications with candidates throughout the hiring process. Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and keep candidates informed about their application status. • Perform other duties as assigned.
