Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1+ of experience in account management, sales, and customer success, or a similar revenue-generating roles
- Experience in SaaS or a technology preferred, particularly if you’ve worked with a high volume of SMB accounts
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively convey product value
- The ability to prioritize value over features, always focusing on how your solution will solve customer challenges and meet their needs
- The ability to close deals and ask for commitment from customers with confidence
- A growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems
