Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to expand NMG’s market share • Proactively drive new business development while cultivating existing customer partnerships • Accountability for a regional revenue target (e.g., managing $100M+ in annual revenue) • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to meet revenue and profitability goals • Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value strategic accounts • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

Job Requirements

10+ years of progressive sales experience in complex solution selling
Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management or leadership role
Demonstrated history of successfully managing a P&L or revenue book of at least $100M+
Leading a team of 10 or more people
Deep domain expertise in the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) market
Proven success selling engineered products, custom manufacturing, or sophisticated supply chain solutions into relevant markets
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region
