Job Description

We are looking for a (Sr.) Director of Product to lead the strategy and growth of our B2B product portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in Healthcare Product Leadership. You will be responsible for a portfolio of products that help healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of hiring, credentialing, and workforce compliance. Own the roadmap for the multi-product B2B healthcare suite. Identify market expansion opportunities, manage pricing strategies, and drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. Directly manage and coach a team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of deep product ownership and strategic accountability. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Translate the complex and shifting regulatory landscape into product opportunities. Act as the strategic lead for critical roadmap questions, such as integration strategy and redefining User Experience (UX). Establish clear KPIs and reporting cadences to communicate ROI and business cases to the C-suite.

Job Requirements

7–10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience, specifically within Healthcare SaaS, Workforce Management, Credentialing, or HR Compliance.
At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers.
A track record of defining product visions and translating them into roadmaps that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, a solid understanding of AI/ML applications, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence.
Self-starter who can take full ownership of a portfolio from Day 1.
Ability to execute complex, growth-oriented plans with limited oversight.
Treat your product portfolio like a business, with a deep understanding of unit economics, monetization models, and pricing strategy.
