Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experience
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within the SMB and MSP segments
- Strong, established industry relationships capable of generating immediate revenue
- Deep understanding of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing operations, and recruitment lifecycle
- Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
- Preferred Profile
- Pure hunter mentality with relationship-driven sales execution
- Experience selling contract staffing, direct hire, SOW engagements, and managed services
- Ability to independently build a pipeline and close high-value agreements
- Strategic thinker with disciplined forecasting practices
- What Success Looks Like
- Strong new logo acquisition within the first 3–6 months
- Predictable and growing net revenue contribution
- Shortened sales cycles through relationship-led engagement
