Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience and consistent record of annual over-quota sales results in technical sales, preferably in additive manufacturing, industrial equipment, SaaS, or capital equipment
- Ability to work from a home office in defined territory and travel over 70% of the time
- Energized by an evangelist sales process advocating for change to a new technology
- Ability to learn and comprehend technical information to effectively educate customers
- Professional, patient, and a good listener when interacting with customers and teammates
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with building out target list and collaboration on marketing communications
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable with a dynamic, growing company
- Strong organizational and detail skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Team player, positive attitude, growth mindset, integrity, accountability, adaptability, entrepreneurial, driven, results-oriented, and ethical
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience selling business solutions to medical, industrial, consumer, automotive companies
- Compensation
- The compensation bracket for this position is $139,680.00 - $209,520 (Bay Area Base salary per year). In order to maintain equitable internal pay practices, we aim to hire new employees near the midpoint of $174,600 (Bay Area Base salary) taking into account your experience, work location, certifications, and the unique skills you bring to the role.
- If you are not based in the Bay Area of California, the range above will be adjusted for the geographical differential associated with your actual work location.
