• Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and support teams to define, build, and launch new product features for Ediphi’s core estimating and contracting workflows • Understand customer needs and market trends through internal and external discovery, user feedback, and competitive analysis • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and user stories • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals • Define success metrics for features and track adoption and performance post-launch • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth go-to-market and feedback loops • Contribute to product strategy discussions and long-term roadmap planning
