Job Description
• Lead the strategy and growth of the B2B product portfolio
• Manage a team of Product Managers and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM strategies
• Ensure compliance while maintaining a fast pace of innovation
• Establish clear KPIs and communicate business cases to executives
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience in Healthcare SaaS
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Product Managers
- Strong background in defining product visions and roadmaps
- Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira, Productboard, and Confluence
