• Execute 10 tradeshows annually (IBS, KBIS, HIRI, regional events) including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site coordination • Plan and host 8 proprietary events per year (regional dinners, webinars, roundtables) with full ownership of venue selection, attendee management, and follow-up • Partner with internal content leads to produce and manage a quarterly webinar series, owning logistics, registration campaigns, platform setup, and post-event follow-up • Own the process for producing prospect specific collateral to deliver onsite at shows. • Manage tradeshow ROI tracking and post-event reporting tied to pipeline generation and account engagement • Coordinate pre-event outreach campaigns in partnership with sales team to maximize booth traffic and meeting bookings • Own event budget management, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations • Lead planning for Datavations Annual Summit launch in FY28
