• Own coordination of smaller broker events end-to-end, managing all aspects from planning through execution • Assist event leads on larger events by project managing workstreams across multiple events, tracking timelines and coordinating with cross-functional partners • Ordering event needs including booth requirements, swag, event registration, lead capture tools, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery • Manage printing and shipping orders for event materials, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery to event locations • Provide clear, accurate direction to event attendees, speakers, and vendors both onsite and virtually, ensuring everyone knows where to be, when to arrive, and what's happening next
