The manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and Demand Gen to establish events as a predictable growth channel.

The Implementation Consultant will own the onboarding and implementation experience for new customers, leading them through a structured process across multiple milestones to ensure a smooth and value-driven launch on the Company platform. This involves acting as the subject-matter expert to drive early adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and collaborating internally to improve the overall implementation experience.

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, owning the full post-sale customer journey and focusing on retaining and growing the book of business. This involves acting as an expert consultant to help clients leverage the platform to meet their business goals while aggressively mitigating churn and driving Net Revenue Retention.
